Mula2 buat internet sehari seringgit konon,pastu takde dah singgit,paling murah rm2 100mb untuk sehari,takat 100mb tu i'll dig my nose already get 100mb.Pastu sikit2 tarik quota internet,hot ticket extra yang rm15 dulu dapat 1 gb now dapat 500 mb je,call and sms pun korang kurangkan 100 min heck thats a lot.kau ingat cukup 500mb seminggu?kau ingat duit aku turun dari langit?kalau aku banyak duit takdelah aku pakai prepaid .Do u think us consumer are dumb like what u think?why is ur management is so putar belit alam that you people can change ur packages as frequent and as soonest as you please...tiap2 minggu tukar package,dahtu internet makin ciput plak tu korang kasi

This is not call service.This putar belit alam service is such a hassle for us consumer to connect and be sure that we get continous internet at our initial and intended pricing.You are playing with our money and budget and your service is actually expensive no matter how hard you trying to trick us into believing that your service is cheap.We deserve an explanation for this,on why are you changing your package too frequent that it become a hassle for us.Just yesterday your "broadband" package is around and today,voila,its gone like magic.i still remember vividly the number assigned to broadband menu which is no 6 ,right after "blackberry" menu
